Setup & Breakdown

Our team will:

• Arrange tables & chairs according to the final layout

• Set up all décor (couple’s items + rental items)

• Style welcome tables, signage, centerpieces, & displays

• Light candles and finalize reception space before guests arrive

• Pack all personal items with care after the reception

• Organize & gather all rentals for return

• Help load personal items into designated vehicles

• Prepare leftover food & cake for your chosen person

• Travel fees may apply to venues outside Central Texas.

• Venue rental is not included in this package.
